Effective date: October 17, 2026.
1. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your license is emailed to the address you use at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within minutes (see Delivery).
2. Products and prices
- Video Stamp: 1 PC. US$79, one-time. A perpetual license for one PC, including one year of free updates and upgrades.
- Video Stamp: 5-PC Office Pack. US$299, one-time. A perpetual license for five PCs within one organization, including one year of free updates and upgrades.
Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order already placed.
3. Delivery
Video Stamp is delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, your license is emailed to the address used at checkout — usually within minutes, and always within 1 business day. You download the software from our website. Nothing physical is shipped.
4. Updates
Your license includes all updates released within 1 year of the purchase date (your “updates-until” date). After that date, the software keeps working without any time limit, and you keep every version released before it. Newer versions require an optional update renewal.
5. Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. A free trial of Video Stamp — the full app with every feature, with only a watermark on the output — is available so you can confirm it meets your needs before you buy. If Video Stamp does not work as described, email msimpson@914studiogroup.com and we will fix the problem or, at our discretion, refund you. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Trial
The free trial is the full software, provided for evaluation only. Its output carries a visible watermark. The trial is provided “as is” with no warranty.
7. License terms
Your use of the software is governed by the End-User License Agreement, which includes the accuracy notice, warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. If these terms of sale conflict with the EULA about how you may use the software, the EULA applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is Lake County, Florida, where the seller is located. If you buy from outside the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country may still apply.
